This book describes my philosophy developed over 20 years of being immersed in fitness and nutrition, and understanding what leads to permanent weight loss, vitality, and supreme energy. This book is infused with mind-mapping principles to make sure that this is not actually a “diet” in the traditional sense.
A typical diet has a defined end date and is something that you can’t wait to be done with. That’s a BIG part of why a traditional diet doesn’t work (it’s based on pure willpower). This plan is a mindful, Zen-like approach to food and eating. The panda symbolizes a black-and-white, yin-yang approach to life. A panda bear is gentle-looking to the observer but a ferocious, fierce animal when need be. Life is about harmony, a gentle flow of up and down, east and west, enjoyment, and discipline.
