The Panda Method

On vacation last week, sitting by the pool, while the little Warrior, aka Emma, fell asleep on me, I pulled out my notebook for a few minutes in a stream of consciousness…

I wanted to get clear on my thoughts as to what I Teach and Coach within the Panda Programs I have….

Here you go…

My Panda Method is a self-development program

It doesn’t mean that you have to be ‘shredded’ all the time, but you should always be fit and working on your fitness.  

You must be on a constant quest for physical mastery, being able to command your body and will it to do anything you put your mind to in the realm of performance knowing that peak physical condition is always no more than an arm’s length away…

Life is about performance — performance is a product of your mental, spiritual, and physical fitness.  

The foundation for the Panda Method is the Panda Diet, self-mastery through fasting.

You instill one strong habit of discipline and it leads to self-belief.  I am able to access deep, dark corners of my mind through physical discomfort.  The Panda Method is a program of stoicism.  The dark corners are not to be feared, because it’s where the treasures of life are found.  It’s scary but necessary.  

This leads to a constant search for wisdom and an altering of belief systems when needed.  The physical training must keep your mind mentally engaged… novelty is the greatest aphrodisiac!! The physical endurance to achieve a physical goal grows your mind like fertilizer on steroids, because associating reward (dopamine) with the act itself.  

  1. Become a constant seeker of knowledge from Great Teachers.  

  2. Be self-aware enough to think about your thoughts.  

  3. Access the unlimited power within by being the Captain of Your Focus and Attention!
